If you are a unit owner in a dispute with a condominium association, you already know:
1. The Association has a lawyer and will try to force you to pay the lawyer if you don't concede
2. The Association knows more than you about condominium law and the rights and obligations of owners and the association.
3. The Association can get all the money it needs to fight you from all the unit owners - including you.
4. The Association is not likely to change its mind voluntarily once it has formalized the dispute with either a demand for arbitration or a law suit.
The association has the power (but not the right) to ignore you.
